1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ResumeAI ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Account Terms

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Subscription Plans

ResumeAI offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans include:

  • Monthly Pass (UPI): One-time payment for 30 days of Pro access. Does not auto-renew.
  • Auto-Renew Subscription (Card): Automatically renews each month until cancelled.

3.2 Credit System

  • AI features consume credits based on the action performed.
  • Monthly subscription credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over.
  • Purchased credit packs are valid for one year from purchase date.
  • Free signup credits never expire but are a one-time grant.

3.3 Billing

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.

4. Service Usage

  • You may use the Service for personal and professional resume building.
  • You retain ownership of content you create using the Service.
  • AI-generated content is provided as suggestions; you are responsible for final content.
  • You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

5. AI-Generated Content

The AI features in ResumeAI use Google's Generative AI technology. By using these features:

  • You acknowledge that AI suggestions are automated and may require editing.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content for accuracy.
  • We do not guarantee employment outcomes based on AI-generated content.

6. Account Expiry and Downgrade

When your Pro subscription expires or is cancelled:

  • You retain access until the end of your paid period.
  • After expiry, your account reverts to Free plan limitations.
  • Your resumes and data remain accessible but AI features may be limited.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Account & Billing page.

8. Limitation of Liability

ResumeAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to employment outcomes, data loss, or service interruptions.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
