At ResumeAI, we strive to provide value with every purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on our paid products.

1. Subscription Refunds

1.1 Monthly Pass (UPI)

  • Monthly passes are one-time purchases and do not auto-renew.
  • Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase if unused.
  • "Unused" means less than 50 credits consumed.
  • Partial refunds are not available.

1.2 Auto-Renew Subscription (Card)

  • Auto-renewing subscriptions can be cancelled anytime to prevent future charges.
  • Refunds for the current billing period may be requested if:
    • Request is made within 48 hours of renewal
    • Less than 50 credits have been used in the current period
  • Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your paid period.

2. Credit Pack Refunds

  • Credit packs are non-refundable once purchased.
  • Exceptions may be made for technical issues preventing credit usage.
  • Unused credits remain valid for 1 year from purchase.

3. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using paid features:

  • Contact support within 7 days of the issue.
  • Provide details of the problem and any error messages.
  • We may offer a refund or credit restoration depending on the situation.

4. Refund Process

  1. Email your refund request to support@resumeai.com
  2. Include your registered email address and reason for refund.
  3. We will respond within 3-5 business days.
  4. Approved refunds are processed within 7-14 business days.
  5. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after significant usage (50+ credits).
  • Failure to cancel before auto-renewal (after 48 hours).
  • Account termination due to Terms of Service violation.
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality.

6. Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision:

  • You may escalate by replying to our support email.
  • All disputes will be handled in good faith.
  • For payment disputes, you may also contact Razorpay support.
